How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
Our checkout process uses Shopify Payments or PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Shopify or PayPal. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club which adds another layer of protection. So all in, your order and your information is super secure!

SHIPPING

What are my shipping options?

We offer FREE standard shipping in some products for PR & USA with USPS. We ship worldwide.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our shipping times are us follows.

• For Puerto Rico: Approximately between 2 to 3 days to arrive after taking the order to the mail. 
• For USA: Approximately between 4 to 7 days to arrive after taking the order to the mail. 
• For International shipping: Approximately between 6 to 12 days to arrive after taking the order to the mail.

We are a small, independent company so these are guidelines not hard and fast rules! Just contact us if you need an update estimated time of arrival for your order.

AFTER ORDERING

What is this store's exchange policy?

FOR MOST PRODUCTS: we offer a 7 day exchange policy. Only regular priced products are elegible for exchange. If you would like to exchange your product just email us and we will provide you with a return address. Please note, you are responsible for return costs.

We STRONGLY recommend looking at the sizing guidelines outlines in the product description before purchasing.  

 

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

If it is beyond the estimated shipping times since you have placed your order, just email us with your order number at maxxiblue.shop@gmail.com and we will start checking it ASAP.
